Return Policy

Overview

All products sold by Ancient Gold are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Policy

To request a refund for a damaged or defective product, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the product’s condition upon arrival.
Refunds will only be processed if the product is damaged during transit or has other valid defects visible in the unboxing video.
Once the product is opened or used, it is non-refundable, unless damage during transit is clearly proven.
Refund claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Policy

Shipping charges vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout for orders below ₹1,000.
Orders totaling ₹1,000 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery times may range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
Additional Information

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
Incorrect Address: Ancient Gold is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
Reshipping Fees: If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal at the time of delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns

We don’t provide return in case of exception products should be returned with in 5 days of delivery…

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you have to raise exchange return within 2 days after receiving the product and exchanged products will be delivered within 5- 7 days.
